Tells Grid Placement which maps and parent node a level uses. Add one to each level scene and assign the tile map to target and the node that placed objects go under. A level uses exactly one surface: target_map for a 2D TileMapLayer level or target_map_3d for a 3D GridMap level.

Syntax
class PlacementLevelContext extends PlacementSystemsComponentMembers
| Name | Kind | Summary |
|---|---|---|
PLACED_PARENT_GROUP | Field | Stable scene-tree group marking the configured parent that owns placed objects. Collision validation uses this scope to distinguish placed-object bodies from unrelated world actors and TileMapLayer collision bodies. |
target_map | Property | The TileMapLayer the cursor targets and objects are placed on. |
maps | Property | Every TileMapLayer in the level that placement should know about. Optional for single-layer levels: when empty, target_map is the only map. Add each layer once you paint terrain features (fences, walls) onto their own layers. |
target_map_3d | Property | The GridMap the cursor targets and objects are placed on. Assign exactly one surface: target_map for 2D levels or this for 3D levels, matching GridPlacementSettings.dimensions. |
objects_parent | Property | The node placed objects are added under. A Node2D for a 2D level, a Node3D for a 3D level. |
