Placement consumer contract for Button-derived scene controls. Button cannot inherit PlacementControl while keeping Button-only members (pressed, toggle_mode, button_pressed), so this base carries the same typed dependency/runtime pair for buttons bound by [GridPlacementHost.bind_scene_consumers].
