IndicatorService2D

Service component that IndicatorManager uses to create, position, and destroy RuleCheckIndicator2D instances. Encapsulates indicator setup, collision mapping, and diagnostic reporting; static creation lives in IndicatorFactory2D and IndicatorSetupUtils.
