Self-wiring per-cell 3D indicator layer. Instance the scene as a peer of the positioner in a 3D level. Once the host has built its 3D object service this node mirrors the service's preview cell into the plugin's pooled per-cell quads (valid / blocked). No scene script and no manual IndicatorManager3D.configure() call are needed: the host owns the service and this layer's single indicator pool. Scene integrations read the same pool through the host getter. Resolution remains lazy for controller-owned sessions and services that arrive after the initial scene bind. In a zero-code scene the host composes its 3D GRID service before resolving consumers; the layer can use it at bind time, while the lazy lookup still supports externally supplied services. The manager is a child of this node, so scene content freed outside the placement lifecycle cannot leave the layer pointing at a freed manager (GH #1071): every use goes through _manager_or_create().
