Discovery phase of the migration entry: scans a project directory (absolute OS path) for legacy 5.x shapes in .tres/.tscn files and produces a [ProjectMigrationReport]. Pure text scanning — never loads resources — so it runs headless and works without any deprecated class existing in the installed 6.0 addon.
